You’ll want from Christopher’s two guests, and the name of one of his guests. He can be unresponsive, so ask soon.
Thanks for the heads up - PM to Christopher sent.

Re: Offline 3rd July B&F Red Room - Theme TBD
Having checked what I have to hand, I think it'll be an open "bring a bottle to share", as I am undecided what I want to bring and don't have a theme that fits all possible options. I'm game. Are we going for an open 'bring a bottle to share' theme - or perhaps another ABV event? Added and...

Re: Offline 3rd July Theme TBD, likely at B&F
B&F is available, would we like the Red or Green room (looks like ~10 of us)? As my first time organising, anything else I should be doing? (request for food orders coming soon) With 10 we need the Red room, Green is only really big enough for 6 or 7 at push when we have all our glasses / food ...

Re: Offline 3rd July Theme TBD, likely at B&F
It has been a little while, can I confirm if this is still happening and if so has the B&F been booked? Thanks for the reminder - I just emailed the B&F. Having checked the football World Cup schedule, they may be busy with a game on the Tuesday, so have also asked if Wednesday works as a b...

Re: Offline 3rd July Theme TBD, likely at B&F
Looks like Tuesday 3rd July is the best date all round.
I'll have a look at what I have at home to inspire a theme, noting that 1963 is already happening in April. Perhaps a 1970?

Re: We need some tastings in the diary
I am in the unexpected scenario of knowing that I'll be free for a tasting on Mon, Tue or Wed 2-4th July. My other half is away at a conference and I'll be idle in the UK between contracts. Any interest in a tasting then and any themes needing a home?

Thanks for the quick reply Leslie (and sorry for the slow response). I've been burned before with a couple of auction bottles from garages, so might pass on this one. Best of luck with someone else.

Re: Dows vintage 1985 and Fonseca 1985 port for sale
Hi and welcome, Lesley. Can I ask what room and temperature the port has been in/at (a cellar, garage, shed, loft, a regular room)?
I'm actually only 15 miles away in Bucks, so could be tempted, whilst seconding flash's comments on price.
