Re: Quinta do Vesuvio in February 2024 - 6th Feb

Sometimes, when a tasting repeats a previously enjoyed theme, the design of the new placemats echoes some features of the previous. It is important to maintain traditions, as well as to grow new traditions. So this is the moment to comment on what prior Quinta do Vesuvio placemat features are worth ...

Is it just me that finds the rising tide of excitement in one, as a tasting like this in which one is going to participate comes to fruition, a considerable pleasure in its own right? Nobody strongly objects to blind, so I’m ruling that it is blind. We have the Red Room (as the Green is already reserved). The Christmas 2023 à la carte menu has been emailed to me, so I’ve uploaded it. Is this limited to port only or at least one port + other, or is it open season? Not everybody sh...

These conversations are usually done non-publicly.
• Those saying “fake” don’t want letters from lawyers.
• Those saying “genuine” don’t want to drive up the price.
Hence such conversations are usually done non-publicly.

The cost of bottles is being settled by a near-minimal set of bilateral payments. Instructions have been sent by PM.

If late payers need nudging, nudge me and I will nudge the reprobates.
