That many bottles is doable, but like Derek said, we would have to start around lunch or before. Having dinner at a different table would be best, if the Crusting pipe will allow us. That way we wouldn't have to move glasses around to eat, etc. I would also recommend a short break or two at some point during the tasting. As that many bottles, its good to get up and stretch.
