Re: Apostrophe crimes

I am very pleased to own one of the eight copies. Once this becomes a best seller and you have won the Booker Prize my copy might be worth the same as a Penny Black with Queen Victoria's head upside down! Is there such a stamp? Four Annas, though. http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/news/uk/articl...

Re: Latest buy

First I bought some bottles of Niepoort Bioma Vintage 2009 for grandchild to get in 2030 (21st). Then the opportunity came to buy Taylor's Vintage Port 2009, so I bought the same amount of that. Now I am wondering which batch will be the better in 20 to 40 years time? They both seem to get good revi...

Re: Hello everybody.

I seem to have some problem with the website at the moment. The rollerblinds are opening without prompting, and when I close one, another opens.
Is there a setting that I have upset?
Are gremlins/leprechauns at work?
Please send help.

Re: Hello everybody.

Thank you for the welcome DRT.
After having read some of one quiz at the time, eclectic is not adequate.

I think there are a number of firms that supply the statemonopoly with port, but I am not connected to any of them so I do not know.

Hello everybody.

Hello everybody. I’m an old norwegian man who have been interrested in port since the 70’s. Lived in Belfast 70-79, and did enjoy many a glass of port there. (also drink whisk(e)y and sherry). My cellar is small, with VP from 1970, 1983, 1985, 1995, 2003 and 2011(but those are for those that come af...
