Glass hire gets a yes from me. Transporting own glasses has a decent probability of breaking one or more, at much greater cost than 13.20!

And please could somebody check the placemats . The thirteen bottles look correct to me. I couldn’t quite tell if Axel’s post here was suggesting that a bottle was being brought on behalf of the industry guest, in which case there is a bottle missing. And will the guest take the blank placemat?

75% opacity, dark red. Nose a bit closed. Jammy red fruit, strawberry jam! Full, tannic, lovely port. Maybe lacking a lit on acidity.

75% opacity, very dark red. Nose a bit closed, plums and strawberries. Full, tannic, loads of dark fruit, chocolate in the finish. A typical F85 - very enjoyable yet plenty of promise.

50% oapcity, dark red. Loads of molasses and burnt caramel on the nose. Lovely rich fruit-laden in the mouth. Probably one of the best T85 I have tasted, but were it tasted blind I would never have guessed Taylor. Drinking very nicely.

40% opacity, warm red. Intense strawberries on the nose, lovely and rich. Sweet fruit and smooth. Very nice, maybe a little lighter than could be expected.

80% opacity, very very dark red. Smooth entry, tannic, jammy dark red fruits - black plums and blackberries. Will be years yet before this hits full maturity, maybe a decade.

decanted 12 hours. 40% opacity, mature red, orange rim. Mature port, fruit evolved and extracted, slight bitterness. Guessed to be Cr82.

35% opacity, mature red, amber rim. red fruits on the nose. Lovely mature rich mouthfeel, mature red fruits, very gentle tannin late on the palate and a long finish. Very gentle heat late on.

50% opacity, warm red. Lovely rich and complex nose, strawberries and candy. Lovely smooth entry, mature red fruits, soft, gentle, long finish, silky. Lip-licking chewy finish. Very nice port.
