Re: Wed 25th or Thursday 26th March

If it was 25th March I'd make a very strong case to be allowed out and use it as an excuse to drink something from 1970! 26th I would not be allowed out. Ben

Re: 2020 - A 1970 horizontal

I feel like I should take a lead on this given my specific interest in 1970 and the fact it is a significant year for me too!

I’m afraid childcare next week has got the better of me at this late stage and I won’t be able to take advantage. Enjoy.

Port: I'm sure Queen Victoria had many surprises for her people in her reign. So I have one for us! It is a bottle sold to me by Seckford as 'unknown port'. It might be Noval 1960. It might not. Re: Warre's unfiltered lbv

If there's any interest in doing a double vertical, Luís Sottomayor gave me a set of bottles from the LBV masterclass he delivered at the BFT yesterday with the instruction to share them with the folks on The Port Forum. That would be interesting but we might need to do a limited comparison as to d...

Me too! I have a reasonable selection of these. 1981, 1982 and 2003 certainly. At least a couple of others too.

Phil. I love the theme. But it is half-term for us that week so I suspect my chances are very limited. Can I be first on the reserve list with a view to trying to arrange participation nearer the event if logistics allow?

Very much looking forward to this. 10th anniversary of me becoming part of TPF and meeting so many equally besotted port drinkers! At least I know who DRT is now when sending him cash!
