Or just bring a jar of your own. I did consider that option; my favourite if I don't make it myself is from Waitrose in fresh packet rather than a jar, but which freezes OK too - but I would not want to be rude. I think this is an excellent plan ... if they will not do green beans for me in advance...

OK ... I've just spoken with the B&F and there is defiantly no Bearnaise sauce available .... and yes they have removed green beans and replaced them with spinach !!!

HOWEVER - they suggest we try ordering green beans in advance and they will see what they can do .....

I really like that '91 ... I fortunately have a bottle of two of it ... What it does need to do is sit in a decanter for a couple of three hours ... Very nice tho ...
