Due to an engagement with a surgeon tomorrow, I will be away for some time.

So, DaveRL got the correct town, Duruelo de la Sierra, the town near the start of the Douro river, and Doggett got the first link correct, the Douro river (without which there would be no Douro valley, no port wine and hence no port fora). What is the second link between Oporto and Duruelo de la Sie...
