Re: Tue 10 Oct - A Gould Campbell vertical

No food for me on this occasion thank you. But I have arranged for childcare, so I shall be at the B&F from about 2.30pm to help decant, pour and set up. I will also be dropping the 1983 GC in earlier in the day.

Decanter Magazine November 2017

The latest Decanter magazine has a couple of notable articles. Firstly there is a section in Portugal Native Red wines £8-£25, but more interestingly, on the back page there is an article by Stephen Brook which inducts Fonseca 1963 VP into the Decanter ‘Wine Legends’.

Ps the 96 g.c. was a favorite of this Irish playwright and troublemaker.

Winner gets 1.5l g.c.
Welcome back Chris! Very much look forward to catching up at the tasting.

with '69 being my birth year (with very little other port from that year), I would very much like to try it one day.
I shall save my TV69 for the appropriate birthday 69 horizontal tasting! I shall leave it to others to make inappropriate remarks about a 69 horizontal! ;-)
